Important Agile Metrics

Every Agile project is creating data points. One of the favourite tools used by Agile practitioners is Excel. Often, templates are imported into Excel to map with existing data and benchmark progress using metrics. This process gets cumbersome to manage over time.

Here are some of the standard Agile metrics that can be realized effortlessly:
